What is included
Every capability, and the plan it starts at. This table is generated from the same catalogue the platform enforces — if a feature is ticked here, it is unlocked there.
What counts as an investigation
Counted
- Screening a wallet address
- Screening a transaction
- Checking an entity, including each address in a batch
Charged once the assessment has produced an answer. A screening that fails on our side is never charged.
Not counted
- Opening a page or moving between tabs
- Reading a list, an alert or a case
- Re-reading intelligence a previous investigation produced
- Re-screening the same subject within 15 minutes
Navigation is not investigation. Your allowance is spent on work, not on the product's page weight.
